A workshop in Vienna for young people aged 14 to 30 on how you can take part in shaping climate and sustainability policy. It is part of Youth4GreenPolicy, a project coordinated by EMOTiC.
What the workshop is about
Many young people care deeply about the climate but feel unheard, or step back from polarising forms of protest. Youth4GreenPolicy offers a positive, democratic way in: climate participation as policy-shaping, rooted in dialogue, critical thinking and solving problems together.
In the workshop you discuss climate questions with other young people, listen to different points of view and build your own arguments.
How our workshops work
Our thematic workshops are interactive, with short inputs, group work and discussions. Some are part of piloting our projects, others are stand-alone workshops on topics our members and volunteers suggest themselves.
Members and volunteers can also propose and run their own workshop with the support of our team.
Who can take part
The workshops are for young people aged 14 to 30 who are members of the EMOTiC community in Vienna. If you are not a member yet, you become one with a short email.
