A thematic workshop in Vienna for young people aged 14 to 30 on the skills that matter in a changing job market. It is part of piloting the Erasmus+ project EASY.
What the workshop is about
EASY, short for Emerging Advanced Skills Youth, helps young people get ready for a changing job market and build the skills employers are looking for: analytical thinking and innovation, critical thinking, active learning, complex problem-solving, creativity and initiative, technology use and design, leadership, and resilience and flexibility.
In the workshop we look at what these skills mean in everyday life, at school, at work and in your own projects, and how you can start building them now.
How our workshops work
Our thematic workshops are interactive, with short inputs, group work and discussions. Some are part of piloting our projects, others are stand-alone workshops on topics our members and volunteers suggest themselves.
Members and volunteers can also propose and run their own workshop with the support of our team.
Who can take part
The workshops are for young people aged 14 to 30 who are members of the EMOTiC community in Vienna. If you are not a member yet, you become one with a short email.
