Looking for a room for a workshop, a meeting or a training in the heart of Vienna? Our office in the 1st district has two rooms, for up to 50 and up to 20 people, with free use for mission-aligned non-profit events.

Two rooms for your event

Capacities are approximate and depend on how you set up the room.

Room 1

Seminar room

Our main event space, with herringbone parquet and tall windows. Tables and chairs move easily, so you can set the room up as a circle, a theatre, a U-shape or one long boardroom table. A 55-inch smart TV, flipcharts and pinboards are ready for presentations and group work, and the shared lounge and kitchen give your participants a place for breaks and catering. We run our own trainings and events here too.

Room 2

Workshop room

A bright, flexible room for smaller groups, with height-adjustable desks, ergonomic chairs and a screen on wheels. Ideal for workshops, team meetings, interviews and focused group work. The smart TV and the flipchart move wherever you need them, and the desks can be joined into one table, set in rows or pushed aside for a circle of up to 15 people. It is also a quiet choice for interviews, coaching and co-working days.

Shared facilities

Lounge

A relaxed room with a sofa, an armchair, bean bags, a bookshelf and a screen, for breaks, informal talks and creative sessions.

Kitchen

An espresso machine, kettle, microwave and hob for coffee breaks and catering during your event.

Fair prices for every kind of event

Mission-aligned non-profit events are free, events with real social impact pay a modest contribution, and commercial bookings pay our full rate.

Free use of either room for non-profit educational or social events that align with our mission and values, such as youth work, workshops, community education and partner meetings. Each request is reviewed individually.

All prices are in EUR and include the room equipment. The minimum booking for commercial events is three hours. Catering is arranged separately. All bookings are subject to confirmation; the non-profit and social impact rates need a short description of the event's purpose, audience and impact.

In the heart of the 1st district, between the State Opera and St. Stephen's Cathedral, a short walk from Stephansplatz (U1, U3).

A note on access: the space is on the first floor, reached by one flight of stairs. There is no lift and the floor is not step-free. If accessibility matters for your group, please contact us before booking and we will discuss what is possible.
