 ABOUT US 

The European Multidisciplinary Organization for Training and international Consulting (EMOTiC) is a youth-led organisation with the mission to strengthen the capacities of youth (18-28 years) on issues related to the development of their lives, careers and communities. Through capacity building, we empower youth with the necessary competences (skills, knowledge, attitudes) and with innovative, adaptive, and results-based tools to facilitate their engagement in shaping their community and tackling social issues constructively to achieve a positive impact on the grassroots level and build more inclusive, peaceful, livable, sustainable and healthy societies.​
Through our work, we aim to enhance youth as active members and multipliers of change and transformation through the promotion of inclusion, equality, and diversity values as well as sustainability. These values and goals are reinforced by transnational synergies and partnerships among youth to build more resilient societies based on mutual trust, respect, solidarity, and intercultural dialogue.

VISION

Our work envisions more trained youth with better capacities that enable them to develop their local societies. This vision is achieved through non-formal education and capacity building to equip youth with the necessary hands-on tools. This is enhanced by endorsing an inter-multidimensional approach; fostering the role of youth in democratic & civic participation, and promoting a nuanced understanding of societal engagement. As such, we support various youth policies emphasised in the

(I) Security Council Resolutions 2250 (2015), 2419 (2018), 2535 (2020),

(II) European Union Youth Strategy for 2019-2027,

(III) United Nations Sustainable Development Goals for 2030,

(IV) Council of Europe Charter on Human Rights Education.

APPROACH

​​In a constantly changing and interdependent world, it is imperative to apply a multidisciplinary approach to the development process of youth to equip them with various transversal competencies (skills, knowledge, attitudes) that can be adapted to any context. Hence, as a dynamic youth organisation, we focus on some interconnected educational areas such as Peacebuilding, Environment, Digitalisation, and Democratisation. With this approach, the youth build proactive entrepreneurial mindsets and learn how to identify where issues and matters interact, but more significantly, where they should interact to build logical reasoning and provide innovative transformational social solutions. Our work has been supported by grants from the European Union and the Council of Europe.

ENGAGEMENT

​Improving the participation of youth in social, civic, political and democratic spheres on the grassroots level to contribute to the local development and help with shaping local policies through democratic processes.

Empowerment

Improving the personal and professional competences among youth to help them grow their careers and improve their lives through developing their sense of initiative to become changemakers.

ENRICHMENT

Improving the sense of and the spirit for values and principles among young people to help them to build a more common understanding and real mutual respect that together advance the progress of local societies.

ENHANCEMENT

Improving the synergies between youth and the local societies including diverse and disadvantaged groups to build an inclusive culture of tolerance and solidarity that connects, not separates us.
